ColoNOW allows you to search and find available markets for a colocation requirement using the search filters. Simply select the market name or type in the market name to find the geographical location that you are interested in.
ColoNOW allows you to search and find Full or Half Cabinet solutions using the search filters. Additionally, you can sort by cabinet space using the Cabinet Type header to determine the cabinet size that best fits your need.
Selecting the right data center provider and location is an important decision, and a brief overview of each facility is included in the “features” section. More in depth details about each facility and data center operator are provided by clicking on “View Full Profile”. This section includes information about connectivity, compliance, services, network, and additional features.
ColoNOW is the only transactional platform allowing you to lease colocation online today. On the ColoNOW listing page, click the “Buy Now” button. You will land on the ColoNOW Plan page, which provides a summary of cabinet specifications and the cost components (MRC cost, NRC cost and total estimated cost). Here, you can finalize the reservation.
MRC is an acronym for “Monthly Recurring Cost”. This charge represents the amount due on a monthly basis from the data center user to the data center provider. The charge typically includes fees surrounding the Power, Space, and Cooling for colocation services. This amount will be billed to you every month for your term of the lease.
NRC is an acronym for “Non-Recurring Cost”. This charge represents the amount due on a one time basis at the beginning of a colocation transaction and is applied to the initial payment billed by the data center provider. The charge covers setup fees to install the cabinet, power circuits and connectivity needed.
The “Estimated Cost” is the total of the MRC and NRC charges for the lease term. This cost does not include any additional charges added to the agreement, including services like Remote Hands or managed services.
