Expected to be a 88,000 SF building, the purpose built facility is currently under construction with 4,400 kW of critical power. To maintain temperature control, HostDime is investing in cooling infrastructure with N+1 redundancy. Once operational, the facility is projected to provide connections to carriers in close proximity like Level 3 (Lumen Technologies), Sprint and Zayo.
