The Center is located deep underground, covered by a 150-foot layer of limestone with a six-acre utility yard on the exterior surface. LightEdge Solutions is the anchor tenant in the underground facility, but the STC plans to accommodate both government agencies and enterprise users as future tenants. The Center is safe from a variety of natural hazards due to its subterranean location. The world’s largest underground business location, the SubTropolis Technology Center focuses on providing highly-reliable, secure, and eco-friendly colocation services to a variety of customers.
