OVERVIEW
The Northern Virginia data center market will look different when NTT Global Data Centers completes the data center facility at 44720 Gigabit Plaza under the name of VA8. At full build, the purpose built facility will deliver a total of 16,000 kW critical load for customer use. Generators, cooling, and UPS systems are expected to be N+1, N+2, and 2N+2 redundant, respectively. NTT Global Data Centers plans to allow client access to cloud services like Megaport at the facility.
