QTS Realty Trust (QTS) was a publicly-traded real estate investment trust (REIT) before being purchased by Blackstone in 2021. QTS has more than twenty-five data center properties in the US and Europe. The company traditionally finds large, robust facilities and transforms them into LEED-certified data centers. QTS' client list includes mostly Fortune 1000 customers, to whom they provide hybrid, wholesale, and hyperscale data center services, along with a variety of managed services through their Software-Defined Data Center infrastructure.
