When CoVault Technology and Technology Resources Company merged in 2007, the new corporation was rebranded in both title and vision under the name Involta. Involta focuses on combining the data management expertise of TRC and data storage experience of CoVault to provide end-to-end infrastructure, fiber connectivity, managed services, and colocation IT solutions to customers. Offering data center services in an excess of five US markets, Involta continues to grow its national data center footprint through partnerships and acquisitions. The company acquired most major assets of Data Recovery Services in 2015, supplementing its data center portfolio with additional space in Ohio and Pennsylvania. Involta is headquartered in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
