The purpose built facility will finish out with a total footprint of 278,000 SF and is expected to eventually offer over 9,000 kW of critical power. Designs for the facility feature N+1 UPS redundancy. Fiber connectivity options are set to include Level 3 (Lumen Technologies), Windstream Communications and Zayo.
