Our story & culture

datacenterHawk was founded on the vision that companies making million- and billion-dollar decisions around digital infrastructure needed a trusted resource like those that existed for other commercial real estate sectors. In 2014, David Liggitt founded datacenterHawk to provide a comprehensive view of data center real estate, with the goal of helping companies make better decisions. Our platform launched in 2015 with coverage of primary markets in North America. Since then, our team and our coverage has gone global. We now track over 49 markets every quarter, and have experts in every region of the globe.

As we’ve grown, we relied on our core values to guide that growth. We are always on the lookout for people who exemplify the characteristics of hard work, excellence, proactivity, humility, and fun. In addition, we want people who have a track record of building relationships and delivering results within what is still a very small data center community.
