GI Partners is planning to bring this data center online in the Los Angeles market. The retrofit facility will finish out with a total footprint of 664,248 SF and is expected to eventually offer over 16,000 kW of critical power. Backup generators for the facility will be in N+1 configuration. The data center is expected to give customers easy access to fiber providers including GoToConnect (Jive Communications), Verizon Business and CITIC Telecom, among others.
