World Class Holdings

Established in 2016 by founder Nate Paul, World Class is a holding company that owns an array of real estate assets and operating companies. The real estate division of the company, World Class Property Company, boasts a portfolio that includes an excess of 150 properties consisting of office, retail, multifamily, industrial, mixed-use, self-storage, marina, and hospitality assets. World Class Holdings is headquartered in Austin, Texas, although the company owns properties in 16 states nationwide. In 2Q 2018, World Class Holdings closed on a seven-building acquisition from data center operator Digital Realty, increasing the company’s geographical footprint. World Class currently has entitlements to develop over 25 million square feet in the United States.
