It is currently the management office of the existing data center campus and will be redeveloped to accommodate 4800 kW of critical IT Load. Datacenter Park Dallas is a 68 acre campus that is master-planned to include ten data center properties. Digital Realty bought the site in 2010 and immediately began development. The fully gated and secure campus has its own on site, private substation capable of delivering over 100 MW of power. The building has six turn key data center pods and is leased to multiple tenants.
