Venyu

In 2009, companies NTG and AmeriVault merged to form Venyu, a Cloud and data center provider based out of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. In Q3 2013, the company was acquired by, and became a subsidiary of, EATEL CORP telecommunications. Venyu offers services that include cloud and managed hosting, colocation, and disaster recovery with intent to reduce costs while increasing security and scalability. The company has data centers throughout Louisiana as well as one location in Massachusetts.
